This late model 560SL in classic livery Signal Red over Palomino has superb preservation. Having lived most of its life in ideal Southern California climate it shows in excellent condition. Delivered originally to Park Place LTD. Mercedes-Benz in Dallas, Texas.

Finished from the factory in Signal Red paint over Palomino leather interior with a black fabric soft top, this combination is still sported by the vehicle to this day and are original. Further options from the factory include: a Becker Mexico Grand Prix radio, automatic climate control, a folding armrest, an outside temperature indicator, MB first-aid kit and a deletion of the rear end spoiler. All glass, chrome brightwork and rubber show in outstanding condition. The original dashpad is perfect. All leather upholstery, carpet, door cards and wood are original and show excellent. Burl wood still retains deep color. This example hasn’t seen much UV exposure through the years.

All factory VIN body tags are matching and still correctly in place. Matching transmission VIN tag still visible. Undisturbed trunk bolts. Spotless wheel wells. Tidy engine bay. Lovely trunk preservation. Extremely clean undercarriage.

It wears the original factory finish 15 inch wheels over correctly sized brand new tires; Gullideckel wheels were just refinished to brand new look.

A recent major service was completed to cover both deferred and regular maintenance including refreshing fluids, filters, suspension, braking and steering systems to name a few. AC operates correctly.
